I didn't say it was coming from you - I was merely asking a question based upon your post -

you said it happens just as often and no one says boo about it - I wondered if you had a link. I wasn't accusing you of anything. I don't see how you got that from my post. I was wondering if you could shed light based on your previous post. Chill.

my point is: if you want to worry about guilt by association, you should consider that McCain's peers asked the Ethics Committee to investigate his action - the association was that strong and that serious even though the committee merely criticized him. There has been no formal investigation of Obama.
The Ayers association is a smear. A fact that is distorted out of proportion. But you are free to worry.

Okay, I am Canadian, and I just cannot let this post go by unchallenged!
I don't understand why you are so upset - I just asked a question if you don't want to answer then don't answer.
Let me refresh your memory for you.
Obama isn't planning to change the US to socialized medicine. He wants people with insurance to keep it, but to provide it for people who don't, and especially provide health care to ALL children.
PS I am a nurse practitioner and I work in a hospital in a republican town and no one I work with is afraid of Obama's effect on healthcare. I was just talking to a nurse who wants him to do more than he is planning.
I also received healthcare in New Zealand. I was hit by a car, was in hospital for 2 weeks, had 4 surgeries and paid $0. The care was excellent. I then worked there for 8 months and we gave as good or better care than here. There is a ton of preventative care there. And women are allowed to stay in the hospital after having a baby until they feel they are ready to go home and are comfortable with breast feeding. Here- 48 hours for a vag delivery and 72 for a C/S.
My brother and sister in law live in Canada because she got MS and they can't afford her medications in the states even with good insurance.
I guess it depends who you talk to about socialized medicine, but it isn't what Obama is trying to do anyway.
~The idea of people flaunting deviant sexual behavior and then demanding special rights based on behavior is grossly repugnant to me and to many others whom I love and respect.~
That explains why you didn't send me a wedding gift.
Wow, good for them!
