I personally don't listen to talk radio (on any side).
People who are informed, read labels.
I think if there was more information about calories at Fast Food places, people would re-think their choices. If they realized that one bite is 100 calories, then maybe they would glance over the menu and see that a plain salad is no way near that.
I know people that think if they eat a large piece of cake that it's okay. After all they have to walk up and down stairs after they eat it. Ugggghhh.....
I rarely eat fast food. I will walk about a mile to get a Subway Sub and walk back. But a footlong sub is 2-3 meals for me.
I'm all for calories being put right there next to the price of a fast food meal.
The schools around here, have just recently added spring water as a choice to their menu. This act, actually made the local news.
I don't think this is a political issue, also don't believe we should just throw money in the hopes that a label or restriction will work.
LOL, Coke machines did make headlines here and they were vetoed instead adding fruit juice/water....
I'm guessing that they will probably find that relatively attractive women earn more, on average, than relatively unattractive women as well.
I don't know what they expect people to do with these stats.
