Also, the watermelon comment was because that is all congress has accomplished. If you read my entire post in its entirty. Congress established August National Watermelon month. I have absolutely no idea what you mean by "racially insensitive" that is just obserd. How is eating a watermelon racist?? And I am so sick of people saying that just because a person doesn't agree with Obama or even democrats that that person is racist. You don't know me, you don't know my family. I have a WIDE variaty of races and colors in my family. I am not a racist nor "racially insensitive". Just so you know. I really hope that is not what your were saying, but just in case I hope that clears it up for you

I love learning knew things about the ladies on this board. I didn't know you nursed in the mental health field. What area of mental health did you find most challenging? It was always the mentally ill and those addicted to drugs (although one can make a case that they are both the same) for me. The mentally ill because they didn't choose this life and most were their happiest when they were on their meds. The drug addicts were hard for me because of what I went through with my

I did Oncology nursing for 5 years but quit when we were short staffed and I couldn't help patients with their emotional needs because I didn't have the time.
