Thought this was interesting. From the Vietnam Vets against John McCain:
Navy pilot John Sidney McCain III should have never been allowed to graduate from the U.S. Navy flight school.

OK, I never could resist the easy joke:
I disagree with you, but I'm pretty sure
I can't comment on the first three "incidents" because I don't know enough about them or th circumstances. I can say unequivocally that incidents "four and five" aren't even close to being similar.
So if you've going to throw flames try and be a little fairer or you lose all credibility. The first three may be credible but that you would include the other two in the mix makes me very skeptical that all the facts aren't being told.
But really? Who cares? He's not going to be piloting Air Force One. Just riding inside.
I was just doing some research on McCain, and can't for the life of me figure out WHY he is being put out there as this military hero and leader, when he was a partier, always in trouble with the military, and was NEVER given a major command.
He was never given a major command because of his health issues.
But that does not answer the question of what has he led? He's only ever been a senator...yes? In that instance Palin has more executive experience than McCain does.
Whiel surviving something like that takes resolve and will to live.....it does not make one a leader.
"....nor would I really like to learn more."
weber, shame on you! how can you dispute it if you don't learn more?
if we leave things like this out there, it contributes to the muck in the stall. if you don't like it, disprove it! even though i'm not supporting McCain, I didn't even like reading it. but don't hide from it.
i actually consider it to be irrelevant. what fly boy doesn't party?

"OK, I never could resist the easy joke: Despite reports to the contrary, I've heard Obama can't walk on water either!"
BWUAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!
but i smell those same guys that dumped on Kerry. on the other side this time. even as a dem, I'm not willing to comment on that. no matter what, he was a POW and he took the risks.

That wasn't a personality change for him - he was a major partier before he ever went into war.
