>>And in the same line of thought, a few hateful people at a McCain rally do not make the entire Republican party negative hateful people, nor should we have to apologize for those few people's actions.

I don't think you should have to apologize, as I don't hold you personally responsible for these events. I would like to hear McCain and (especially) Palin acknowledge those comments. Even better if they would renounce them. (McCain took a step when he corrected the woman who said Obama is an Arab.) I would like to hear more Republicans say that these comments are reprehensible and dangerous. Even hearing a few more Republicans here on this board say such things would be very comforting, quite frankly.

I can say with complete honesty that I would be openly appalled if anyone at an Obama rally said anything similar. And I would expect -- *demand* -- Obama to renounce those comments. They have no place whatsoever in responsible political discourse, no matter where they come from.

This is ridiculous slander from John McCain. Obama was 8 years old when Ayers was a weatherman.

Here is a video that demonstrates Republican values that are transmitted to our children.

Excuse me, but I am a Republican and the videos that you're posting in every thread are downright lies.
