Oh, Sarah...This is not a show and tell kindergarten class, so why would she say such a thing to Katie? Once again, we get a glimpse into the shallowness of Sarah's well of knowledge.

Palin: I'll Get Back to You on That, Katie

Let's swing it back around to Sarah, now. Shall we? While we may never hear her in a debate or answer another substantive question, we can reflect on this. (h/t HuffPo)
In her interview with CBS News anchor Katie Couric, Governor Palin appeared to be unable to come up with a single thing that John McCain has done in 26 years of Senate work to help with regulating the financial markets that are today spiraling out of control:
COURIC: You've said, quote, "John McCain will reform the way Wall Street does business." Other than supporting stricter regulations of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac two years ago, can you give us any more example of his leading the charge for more oversight?
PALIN: I think that the example that you just cited, with his warnings two years ago about Fannie and Freddie--that, that's paramount. That's more than a heck of a lot of other senators and representatives did for us.
COURIC: But he's been in Congress for 26 years. He's been chairman of the powerful Commerce Committee. And he has almost always sided with less regulation, not more.
PALIN: He's also known as the maverick though. Taking shots from his own party, and certainly taking shots from the other party. Trying to get people to understand what he's been talking about--the need to reform government.
COURIC: I'm just going to ask you one more time, not to belabor the point. Specific examples in his 26 years of pushing for more regulation?
PALIN: I'll try to find you some and I'll bring them to you.
I guess she didn't have this 1999 McCain quote prepared either:
There's a number of reasons why we are experiencing this almost unprecedented prosperity. Among them are a lack of regulation, free trade, and most importantly, we are going through a revolution the likes of which the world has seldom seen.
Here's some rare footage of Palin answering questions:

~who hate America, they hate what we stand for with the... the freedoms, the democracy...~
Re: the terrorists, personally I don't think it's the freedoms, democracy, etc., that they hate, but instead western "infidel" presence in the Middle East, a presence they think defiles
I have to agree with you, and Sarah is reaching for political rhetoric when she talks. What in the world. Does she even know or understand what she does- and what happens in her own state? She is barely coherent. And that repetition is unreal.
She sounds like a GOP flashing billboard. lol:
look where I live - I'm an outsider, Never again, 9/11, mission, don't blink, John McCain's been fighting all these years for you, take the fight to them, never second guess Israel, maverick, good guys and bad guys. (eyes rolling).

Putin is flying around the airspace in Palin's head, she is truly laughable...
COURIC: You've cited Alaska's proximity to Russia as part of your foreign policy experience. What did you mean by that?
PALIN: That Alaska has a very narrow maritime border between a foreign country, Russia, and on our other side, the land-- boundary that we have with-- Canada. It-- it's funny that a comment like that was-- kind of made to-- cari-- I don't know, you know? Reporters--
COURIC: Mock?
PALIN: Yeah, mocked, I guess that's the word, yeah.
COURIC: Explain to me why that enhances your foreign policy credentials.
PALIN: Well, it certainly does because our-- our next door neighbors are foreign countries. They're in the state that I am the executive of. And there in Russia--
COURIC: Have you ever been involved with any negotiations, for example, with the Russians?
PALIN: We have trade missions back and forth. We-- we do-- it's very important when you consider even national security issues with Russia as Putin rears his head and comes into the air space of the United States of America, where-- where do they go? It's Alaska. It's just right over the border. It is-- from Alaska that we send those out to make sure that an eye is being kept on this very powerful nation, Russia, because they are right there. They are right next to-- to our state.
I just shook my head when I heard this particular part of the interview and thought to myself that she bit off more than she can chew when she accepted the VP slot on the ticket.

I know right, it's so obvious.
I have to say I saw that interview and that bit in particular and I couldn't help but actually laugh out loud.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
My husband and I caught that little gem of an interview on the Keith Olberman show last night, we laughed so hard!
That is just so ridiculous that I can't believe that Camp McCain hasn't figured out that party line is making them sound WORSE and not better. They really need to back off on that because they're just making themselves, and mostly Palin, sound like idiots.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
They know, it's just to late too do anything about it.
