I never said he was found guilty of ANYTHING. I merely said, which is truthful and completely honest, that he was one of the infamous Keating 5 that was originally INVESTIGATED for wrong doing.
Honestly I just figured if anyone wanted to know more they could read the short summary on the wiki page. It's pretty short and I figured that those that don't know what the whole deal was could just read it there
