Given that I work here, I can't take a partisan stand, but I wanted to hear what you thought of the debate. The polls I've seen say that Kerry won hands down.

How exactly do you suggest they do that?

How do I suggest they save? How does anyone save-cutting out the things that you really don't need, taking advantage of programs that are available to you. I bet there are alot of people out there who don't even realize what is out there for them.

The better off invest their money along with putting it back into the economy.

The worse off tend to spend it because they don't have enough to do both.

Nah....Abortion will never be illegal again and gays/lesbians won't be pushed to the back of the bus. Moral issues need to be taught at home...Not the presidential pulpit. JMHO.

FTR, I do believe that if Bush changed his mind, he would admit it...I just don't believe he has changed his mind...and I haven't either...I totally understand why we're there...but maybe it's because I have a husband and a son who are military and I have a clearer understanding of the mission....my dh was also on alert on 9/11. It was his unit who flew out when we were attacked. BTW, Clinton shut down almost all alert sites...they protect the borders of the U.S. Bush has reinstated them...That's what my dh did in the military. If anyone wants to place blame on someone for 9/11 look to Clinton for making our borders so vulnerable. We only had 4 Alert sites left at the time of the attack...of course Kerry doesn't mention that fact.

Even though we're debating we're still friends, right? :)

Yes, we bought the staples, but we didn't buy big ticket items, which is what I think helps the economy.

"FTR, I do believe that if Bush changed his mind, he would admit it" Not a chance in He**. He never admits the mistakes he's made.
