Looks like the judge dismissed Berg's lawsuit alleging Obama was born in Kenya.

Another of the three lawsuits listed on the thread, based on the one just thrown out,
The case is now going to the Supreme Court.
Maybe I'm wrong, but this case would have to go through an appeals process and then the Supreme Court would have to decide to hear the case. That process usually takes several months, at least. How is it possible that the Supreme Court has already agreed to hear this case? And why would it not go to the higher up state courts first? Are you getting that information from somewhere or was that your personal assessment?

Just a hunch- Berg said he's appealing so why doubt it's going to the Supremes?

The lower court didn't make a decision, they dismissed the lawsuit entirely, claiming Berg did not have grounds to file it.
Lots of cases in this country get appealed but very few are ever heard by the Supreme Court, especially cases that are shown to have such little merit.
I agree that electing someone who isn't a U.S. citizen would be a Constitutional disaster, but since Obama was born in Hawaii, I don't think that's going to be an issue.
Lawsuits that get dismissed don't end up in the Supreme Court.
