Obama raps McCain for ignorance of his own houses
WASHINGTON - John McCain may have created his own housing crisis.
Hours after a report that the Republican presidential nominee-in-waiting didn't know how many homes he and his multimillionaire wife own, Democratic rival Barack Obama launched a national TV ad and a series of campaign stops aimed at portraying McCain as wealthy and out of touch.
With the economy the top issue in the race, Obama sought to turn McCain's gaffe into one of those symbolic moments that stick in voters' minds

Can you clarify? I'm not sure what you mean by your question.
If McCain became president his sons would not stay in the military. It would not only be unsafe for them but the troops who serve with them and our nation as a whole.

You just type up an entire post that showed how the poor will always suffer the most in times of downturn (whether related to the housing bubble or just plain recession).
Maybe he should let Obama's brother live in one of his homes?
Because of Organic ?
Are you serious?
The McCain family has a decades long history of honorable military service to this nation. Not to mention what he personally went throw in six years captivity as a POW. If anyone "gets" the consequences of going to war it would be him.
Anyone who has served in the armed forces has a better understand of what it means to do so than someone who has not. Just look around you at the general ignorance of the population when it comes to military service! Sorry if that offends anyone but in my experience it is true.
I can't tell you how many times I've heard someone say or seen the write comments to the effect of : I would never risk my life by joining the military during a war as if every military position involves direct combat!
The military offers a lot from what I can tell by the way of training, maturity and responsibility not even mentioning the health benefits by being forced to exercise routinely--something lots of military people continue to do after leaving the service. But more importantly it offers our citizens a common bound between people from all different places with all different backgrounds--a connection so often missing among the general population. I envy that among the veterans I know. They have something special that the civilian population would benefit from and it is the reason I will do everything to encourage my children to serve in some capacity in the United States Armed Forces.
Would Obama be affected by his own increases? I'm not sure. I don't know that being president pays that much. I don't know that it would matter that much to him either. I can't imagine him not willing to pay more if that's what it takes to get him elected. In that case it would be a small price to pay.
I'm still not following you.
Did you mean "you're right".
If so it was confusing without the apostrophe and when you added the question mark that made it even more confusing as it sounded like you were question a "right" I said that I had. When I looked at my post I had no idea to what you might be referring.
But your repost:
>>Your just right (I guess)?<<
Is actually still very confusing. Were you just trying to end the conversation by saying:
You're right and then putting (I guess) in parenthesis with a question mark to indicate you were being facetious? Because that would be my guess but it's hard to decipher what you meant exactly. Sorry.
