I was watching the debate on CNN tonight and they had a split screen, the looks McCain were giving were really odd. I didnt understand why he was getting so upset with Obama he looked as though he wanted to get out of his seat he was so agitated. I guess Obama claims of McCain being erratic showed up tonight.

Oh my gosh, that reminds me (PTSD) of my mom's neighbor. They had been arguing over a mocking bird that mom was having trouble with. My step dad had fired a bb gun in the air to scare it. That made the neighbor mad. Two nights later I was looking from the upstairs window, something had caught my eye as I was walking past. The man was crawling on his stomach through the grass (as I'm sure he did in the rice patties of 'Nam) toward my mom's house. I couldn't tell if he had a weapon or not. Evidently he did this on a routine basis. CREEPY and very sad. It just scared me at the time since I didn't know his intent and I knew of their earlier argument over the mocking

First you say he needs to be" put in his place" and NOW your calling him "boy". I now understand your reason for not liking him.

You never said what it means to "put him in his place". What place does he need to be "put in" ? It's a negative term with even more negative meaning behind it. I have never, nor would I ever, say that McCain needs to be put in his place. Do you not see the negative connotation in the phrase?

I was referring to the Acorn/Ayers stuff. I'm glad that McCain brought it up, that's all

Oh come on! That's not what she meant and you KNOW it. If you don't, then you should. Implying that she's racist is just being ugly. That's uncalled for.

You're absolutely right. It is very insulting. Don't let them push you to lose your cool. *hugs*

Sometimes when a response is so totally of the mark and
