I'd agree with you except for the fact that is isn't the liberals that are claiming women who use day care are "letting other people raise their children", that is a conservative argument.
If she identifies with the group who makes the argument, then she has to live with the potential charge of being hypocritical.
For me, her wish to teach religion in science class is enough of a red flag. She appears to be fond of the second amendment but not fond of the first.

I agree with you on both points Rose.
The investigation has been closed... it is just something being used by the liberal left to go after this woman.
Considering this woman came out of left field for most of us, there has been little time to find out much about her.
This idea that she has less experience than Obama is laughable. She has done the dirty work to clean up her state- from the McCain campaign:
"It is pretty audacious for the Obama campaign to say that Governor Palin is not qualified to be Vice President. She has a record of accomplishment that Senator Obama simply cannot match. Governor Palin has spent her time in office shaking up government in Alaska and actually achieving results -- whether it's taking on corruption, passing ethics reform or stopping wasteful spending and the 'bridge to nowhere.' Senator Obama has spent his time in office running for President."
What has Obama done? Can you personally point to me ONE SINGLE thing he has accomplished while in office? Or not to me- but to yourself- put the anger aside and think for a moment- WHO on this board (or anywhere) can name ONE thing that man has done? Not a pretty speech, not being on a committee, an actual accomplishment- did he head some great bill? did he form some fabulous group to do some wonderful thing? did he stop any junk bill from passing through congress? if someone can name that for me, I'd be willing to listen to his pretty words. unfortunately for Obama, nobody can- not even his bffs:

ITA! Creationism is a religious viewpoint, not a science class... this drives me CRAZY! I cannot tell you how much this drives me crazy, so we won't even go towards the NRA, big oil and other issues this woman had. YIKES!
Hmmmm....insert He in the place of She and you are talking about Obama, the would-be President.
