For those of you who don't remember, Carter was an absolute disaster.
I remember 12% interest rates and 10% inflation.
Considering that I don't think my governor and the govenor of Alaska likely share more than the R after their name, that surprises me.
yeah, i know.
I think Bush shows conclusively that "the right schools" (e.g., Harvard , like Obama) doesn't necessarily count for much.
As for Carter, he took the problems Nixon (and Ford) left behind, and made them worse.
Just shows that she doesn't care about keeping our jobs HERE, in the US.
And this decision gives us some idea of her thoughts on at least part of one issue that has national significance -- the loss of jobs under the current economy.
