Let the games begin.. winner takes the Presidency. Both sides are guilty of targeting spouses wives. Aren't the Democrats pushing for Cindy to release her tax returns? I've also read about her promoting her cookies as her own recipe when it's really not. Wow, huh?
You are SO right Janet. You also have a very cute puppy. I think swissy is very loveable. Isn't one of your children getting ready to move out?? I ask because my friends mom got a new dog every time one of her kids moved out (lucky she only had three kids and lived on an acre).
We really did our homework with lil guy as far as choosing a breeder goes. So far, Jack is a shadow of mine and Kristen's (my 10 yr old) If we leave the room.. he follows. This is just what I wanted.. he's sweet, and they are supposed to be wonderful with kids. .. good watch dog which is another thing I wanted. I never wanted to have a dog I'd have to worry about biting or attacking someone.. just one to alert me to what's going on and by sheer size he'd intimidate someone.
I think we might take him to PetSmart this week to buy him some more toys :)
we have made serious mistakes in the past.. bought an American Mastiff from a breeder. Read up on the breed.. and thought he'd work out great however.. upon even going to PA to get the dog.. he was growling at the breeder when he went to pick him up! This was an 8 week old puppy! He had food aggression issues which when you have little kids.. that's not good. He bit my 2 yr old when she was playing on the floor crawling past him so OUT he went!!! We tried working with him previously but really.. he was awful and he scared me even a a puppy. We gave him to a friend who didn't have small kids and has a few acres for the dog to hang out at. He has a wonderful home and I am glad about that... but glad he's not at my house! Guess what.. he still crinkles up his nose and growls at his owners.

Sorry, but it made sense to me.
It's clear you haven't REALLY been there, done that.
So you're only considered down & out if you've met
I had to go back and read her post again, because I didn't understand it to mean that at all.
Thanks :)
No, one of my kids aren't moving out.. one is 10 yrs old and one is 4 yrs old

People who have never been exposed to REALLY hard times often think they have BTDT, when they haven't even read the cliff notes.
I disagree with you, but I'm pretty sure
