Did you see the young lady on Hannity and Colmes last night who survived an abortion.

Please get the facts straight, Obama does not and did not support infanticide.

The sick people are the ones who continue to spread lies about Obama. I'm tired of it. I don't even want to read anything that is a bashing lie about Obama.

I believe this has been debated and shown that Obama does NOT support infanticide (who do you know who does, really?).

"...Obama does not and did not support infanticide."
Facts are irrelevant. Prepare to be assimilated.

I guess the reality is that the stupidest Americans will always fall for this stuff. It helps keep the spotlight off real issues, including the economy, the economy, and the economy.

It is time to put this "pro-abortion" stuff to rest. Nobody is "pro-abortion". I'm just as repelled by abortion as the staunchest "pro-lifer". There isn't anyone who says, "Gee, I hope my daughter has an abortion when she grows up." In the U.S., abortion was widespread BEFORE it was legal. The reality is that outlawing abortion doesn't stop it. If "pro-lifers" were serious about eliminating abortion, they'd stop trying to prevent the dissemination of knowledge about human sexuality and how to prevent conception. Some of their kids are going to sneak around and have premarital sex whether it's protected or not, whether they think it's a sin or not. And they're going to have abortions, whether legal or not. The potential VP's family is very well off and can provide some support to their pregnant teenager; however, most unwed teenage moms have doomed themselves and their unwanted children to a life of poverty. It's not surprising that some of them choose abortion. And they will continue to do so, no matter how many laws are passed to "save babies".

If no one is "pro-abortion" why are there people who have 2, 3, 4 or more abortions as a form of birth control?

Do you think they're having abortions for fun? Apparently it's an unpleasant (and dangerous) process. I know someone who had two. She didn't want to face her parents, to let them know that she'd been having sex. She didn't want to get contraception, because her parents might find out. Her parents were well off and prominent in the community. She didn't want to "let them down" or "shame" them. She felt terrible about the abortions. She just didn't know what to do. When she got pregnant a third time, she kept the baby. I never heard what happened to her after that.

Actually, I have had a member of IVillage say to me, "I'm not just pro-choice, I am pro-abortion".

Yes, there are people like that.

And hey, if Palin is a sick piece of work for promoting wolf control, then Obama is a sick piece of work for stalling legislation that would protect babies born alive.

Well said.

The thought of abortion is absolutely appalling to me.
