You obviously have no idea what you talking about. It IS about abortion and protecting the WOMAN'S RIGHT TO CHOICE. Whether or not you personally agree with the woman's right to choose doesn't matter because it isn't the law. It IS the law that women have the right of choice up to 24 weeks (some clinics allow, most do not). You are looking at this law from a pro-life stand point, not by law, which is pro-choice.
At 24 weeks, the abortion is done in a way that would make it pretty much impossible for a baby to survive it. Since that is fact, what does it say about the doctors performing the "botched" or "failed" abortions?
Obama voted to protect the choice of women. To protect the women that chose to abort that late in a pregnancy, medical or personal, from having a baby born "alive" and letting it "live." It goes against their choice. Period.

Wow. I find that highly disturbing. Sick, even.
I support the right to chose, but when a baby is born alive...LIVING...that is just sick in the brain.
I'm not quite sure what this means. If you mean that her lack of precautions doesn't make sense to an adult, you are right. I think that my posts (taken together) do support my position very nicely.
two different things. you relied on a taped interview of an uninformed and extremely biased pundit who twisted facts to make a misleading point. if you really wanted the truth about Obama's stance on abortion, there are many other places you could have looked. a printed source would be most credible IMHO.
she relied on the tape of an actual shooting of a wolf from the air, a practice that Palin supports. the video shows a truthful occurrence. you cannot accurately describe the hunt in print, so it makes sense to rely on a video - although it would rather read an unbiased source on Palin's support for the practice (which i have).
I never said I agreed with it. I was arguing your point of how it isn't supposed to be in the abortion argument. Which isn't true. It IS about the abortion fact because it takes away that woman's choice. Period. Never said I agreed with it, but glad you felt the need to smear and assume.
You make some good points. We're on "the same page" on most of them. However, I am in favor of making contraception (and information) more accessible to teens who have decided to have sex, and if that means (discreetly) making it available at school from the school health office, I would support it. You were much more mature than my peers; in one of my classes of about 20 students (school newspaper and yearbook) there were two pregnant 18 year olds. This was in 1976; those babies are 31 years old now! My eldest is 17. I'd rather that he had access to condoms, and I wouldn't care if he got them from school or the gas station restroom, rather than presenting me with a grandchild next summer!

No she had the tools....she just wouldn't use them.
"second, gets their facts from youtube?"
Bea, apparently the person who started the thread "Palin is a sick piece of work" does.

I'm glad even Hillary Clinton disagrees with you.
"Nope....just an excuse!"
