Is anyone else confused as to how these homeless people are able to register to vote when they don't have any ID?

"Seems unlikely that it would be possible to organize enough homeless people to make it worth doing."

I'm sorry, but it is just ridiculous to think that large numbers of homeless people are being bused around to vote. Do you have any idea how many would have to do this to make a difference in the election results?

I'll believe it when I see it on a REPUTABLE site (ie not foxnews, youtube, or some blog somewhere)

But not the punch-card type of paper ballot.

Could you post some links about that?

haha *shudders* gawd don't remind me XD I like the paper ballots that are filled in like our SATs were.. color in the circle... then optically scanned. Ideal voting technique & least chance of hacking/defrauding the votes.

That fiasco made me happy I was living in the panhandle at the time.

just heard a rumor from a friend in Dayton, OH.

The Republicans have rented all the vans in town for election day, to keep Democrats from using them to shuttle indigent and infirmed voters. They have also *hired* volunteers to stand in voting lines all day to keep the lines long and discourage working-class voters who don't have time to waste.

a rumor. but worth going hmmmm ...
