It's usually pretty easy to tell you doesn't like Obama because of his politics, and who doesn't like Obama for the color of his skin.

The racism is never very far behind. Sometimes it's couched and not overt, but... still there.

What cracks me up are the people who whine about not being racist and then in the very next sentence make a blatant racist remark about Obama. It's all over the Fox News comments section or really, any comment section in any conservative publication.

Well, makes sense to you, not me. Not even sense,

I don't mind the democrats so much, but they are just getting eaten up by the other two.

Only socialist I know of is Bernie Sanders, and... he makes a boatload of sense in 90% of his opinions such that most people if aware of the facts would support him.

The communists/socialsts appointments, the "czars", the shabang, etc, etc... It goes no and on.

Commies, socialists, and democrats, oh my.

Only socialist I know of is Bernie Sanders, and... he makes a boatload of sense in 90% of his opinions such that most people if aware of the facts would support him. They don't involve taking anyone's property, nor curtailing anyone's freedom, and he's as patriotic as any other American.

Obama is mainstream centrist, no more to the left than Richard Nixon on most things. He's not Muslim, he's an American by birth, and he considers alternate opinions. He has the smallest ego of any president in fifty years.

But two things nag at the right...he's a Democrat and he's Black, and whether you or anyone on the right admits it or not, there is a large subset of opposition in this country that relates directly to his skin colour, and that's a shame.

True, very well reasoned. Of course someone wearing a flag pin to show their support is completely different from defacing the flag to show that they support Obama in lieu of the flag. Any reasonable person can see that, it's really not that difficult to grasp.

And it's not a huge thing, but it is just another one of many little things that build a clear picture of where they are coming from. The communists/socialsts appointments, the "czars", the shabang, etc, etc... It goes no and on.

LOL! Yes, I remember that.

OHIO'S STATE FLAG IS NOT OBAMA'S FAULT.... Barack Obama gave a speech in Toledo, Ohio, the other day, and behind his podium were several American and Ohioan flags. Not exactly newsworthy stuff.

The problem is, Ohio's flag features a prominent, large "O." Obama's right-wing detractors didn't know this, and assumed that the Obama campaign had created its own flag to stand alongside the American flag. Conservative activists and talk-show hosts had a bit of a freak-out. Here's a hilarious example.

On the October 15 broadcast of his nationally syndicated radio show, Bob Grant said: "[W]hat is that flag that Obama's been standing in front of that looks like an American flag, but instead of having the field of 50 stars representing the 50 states, there's a circle?" He then said: "Is the circle the 'O' for Obama? Is that what it is?" Grant later said: "[D]id you notice Obama is not content with just having several American flags, plain old American flags with the 50 states represented by 50 stars? He has the 'O' flag. And that's what that 'O' is. That's what that 'O' is."

John Cole also noted a Townhall commenter who was outraged that Obama would "change" the American flag: "I don't want to hear any looney left comments that they are only decoration. They ARE a modification of the American flag."

Here's the Ohio state flag, and here's Obama standing in front of Ohio's state flag.

Sometimes, the right finds the strangest things to get worked up about.

Remember when that Senator from Texas, had a fit when Pres. Obama was in Ohio during the 2008 elections.

There aren't varying degrees of violations in the Flag Code. One either follows it or one doesn't.
