He's giving a tax cut for all BUT 5% - but it sounds better to say he's GIVING it to 95%.
"And how can he say that 95% of working families are getting a tax cut when approximately 33% don't even pay taxes?"

I agree with what you said with the exception of this. Many of the people who are for this welfare (not tax cut) for those who don't pay taxes at all are not people who want to give their money to help others, they are people who want to give other people's money to help others. I wonder how many of these "generous" people you refer to will be voluntarily paying extra taxes so they can help others even more.
Actually, they are the people who care about the economic future of our country, and see Obama's plan as a way to strengthen that.
And yes, I pay taxes.
I'm curious, how does raising taxes on anybody but more specifically employers strengthen our economic future?
The president doesn't have anything to do with your property taxes.
I guess you'll have to do some reading on economics to answer that one.
