I know it is endlessly brought up how Obama is going to cut taxes for 95% of working families.

Well our class size is less based on money of the district...but due to the fact it is a very rural school. There are very few people in our area. There are only 2 teachers for the whole grade. We have no seperate programs for gifted children...and no seperate programs for special needs kids. The special needs kids go to a larger school district. I do agree that class size makes a difference.

And how can someone who has a large amount of retirement income.....that he has already earned and paid taxes on it ever save for ones retirement if that money continues to be taxed time and time again????

McCain tossed something out in the debate that he would go after the budget with a hatchet, then a scalpel.

I would argue the opposite is true, but let me use a different analogy.

You are in an accident - and are bleeding profusely - much like the federal budget.

Or PRIVATELY suggest such a cut, and see what each agency comes back with.

If I'm bleeding and the choice is an intern or I can wait for the plastic surgeon, I'll take the intern and then the plastic surgeon can come in after the emergency and do his/her magic.

If the choice is a bad scar or bleeding to death, I'll live with the scar.

But are we bleeding to death?
