O/T - Personal Discussions folder

Hi everyone, Hope you're all enjoying the holidays!

I wanted to let you know that the Personal Discussions folder is going away. It's not used, so no real need to keep it. If you have a personal discussion, you can either send a Private Message to the member (provided what you're saying does not violate Terms of Service) or post in this folder with OT (off topic) in front of the subject.

I think this should work out fine and, if we see any issue with it, we can readdress it at a later time.
