http://thinkprogress.org/2008/10/23/palin-abortion-clinic-bombers/

"Q: Is an abortion clinic bomber a terrorist, under this definition, governor?

PALIN: (Sigh). There’s no question that Bill Ayers via his own admittance was one who sought to destroy our U.S. Capitol and our Pentagon. That is a domestic terrorist. There’s no question there. Now, others who would want to engage in harming innocent Americans or facilities that uh, it would be unacceptable. I don’t know if you’re going to use the word terrorist there."

(Video included)

UGH UGH UGH. There are no words for the disgust I have for this woman. Anyone want to explain to me how clinic bombing ISN'T terrorism? Is this supposed to be her pandering to her "base"?

BTW, terrorist/terrorism:
"is violence against civilians to achieve political or ideological objectives by creating fear..."
www.wikipedia.odjechane.net/en/wiki/Terrorism.html

"is defined by the US Department of Defense as "the unlawful use of -- or threatened use of -- force or violence against individuals or ..."
www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/teach/alqaeda/glossary.html

webster dictionnary
"ter·ror·ism
Pronunciation: \ˈter-ər-ˌi-zəm\
Function: noun
Date: 1795
: the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion"

UGH.

"However, all of them are the same and = dictators."

I hope you realize - just because someone may have some socialist and even communist ideas, that doesn't mean they want a socialist/communist government.

"Only conclusion I get from you...you could be a dark skin person and urge for your race blindly...but Obama is not just any dark skin person"

I almost just left this alone - but I can't.

"I have no clue what you're referring to."

I believe she's referring to the original subject of this thread.

>>I feel the exact same way about Obama, the one who continues to hide documents from the American people. It amazes me that the people who plan to vote for him cannot see. He is truly making a fool out of his supporters. Blind leading the blind. Not directed to anyone personally.>>

Ok, I really do not understand how people can still believe something that has been well and thoroughly debunked. FactCheck.org - completely unbiased, doesn't take funding from businesses, unions, political parties, lobbyists or individuals - has debunked this VERY WELL. They HELD his birth certificate. They have VERIFIED that it contains a raised seal AND a stamp.

And still, people ignore it.

Not only has FactCheck.org debunked this, but their reporting on each candidate is very fair and neutral. They report falsehoods stated by BOTH candidates.

http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/born_in_the_usa.html

I don't have a problem when people have genuine disagreements about the proposed policies of candidates or of their records, but chrissake, stop drinking the coolaid!

If you don't want to vote for someone, fine, don't vote for them. But please stop spreading ignorance.

I believe the poster you are addressing has already stated that she doesn't think factcheck is a credible source.

But apparently random blogs and youtube videos are completely credible. Seems a bit hypocritical IMO.

Well, when the real sources don't back up your false beliefs, I guess it's a lot easier to believe random blogs and youtube videos. It seems rather convenient to me.

It's the same line of thinking that takes place in rallies where their voters yell, "Kill him!
