The report was just released. Palin was found guilty of misconduct and violating public trust in the Troopergate case. They also mentioned the emails and charging the tax payers for sleeping at her own house.
You know, if I was in the same situation as the Palin family, I probably would have done the same thing that they did to get the bil trooper fired if half of what he was reported to do was true.
The main difference would be that I would have blinked and turned down the invitation to be vp.
The commissioner actually wasn't fired, he was demoted. And the BIL's offenses were investigated and punished - evidently they weren't considered fire-able offenses.
