I'm not sure if the gray wolves are listed in any of the states anymore.

According to this article, the grey wolf was taken off the endangered species list in some areas only. The grey wolf is the species we have in Alaska. From what I understand, sterilization has been used in the past successfully in isolated areas, but was deemed "not feasible for large portions of the state", probably because of difficulties related to the remote, impassable terrain. I am not a wildlife expert, but I know that we have very dedicated wildlife management people up here and I will defer to their superior expertise in this area.

I rather think it was on point... much like your hyperbole.

and humans hunt from airplanes, which they designed using the brain God gave them.

What is your point?

Hyperbole: extravagant exaggeration.

So you dispute that people lost life savings? or do you refer to something else?

http://www.ohiohistorycentral.org/entry.php?rec=1636

despite the fact that the state of Ohio paid back money, these people lost everything for a period of time. had the Democratic governor of the state not reacted, Charles Keating would have left every one of the investors high and dry.

but i guess if you lost your life savings you would not consider that extravagant? and i would really like an answer to that question.

bea, I think you're in the wrong thread... My hyperbole comment was with regard to your charge that I was supporting the "extermination" of wolves...

So as long as humans are doing things 'with the brain God gave them' it is ok? Is that your point? Because you could really go to extremes with that one - for example didn't the terrorists plot 'with the brains God gave them' - or does it only count when you are hunting wolves - who after all are behaving as wolves 'with the brains God gave them' as well? Just wondering where you draw the line?
