You like to help pro-football players with your money?? They don't need your help.

Have you ever thought that all people on welfare are not in fact abusing the system?

Talk about hype, you're only listening to Obama and other dems that are saying it will do little.

An abortion ends the potential but in the majority of cases, there is certainly no "baby" involved.

The women I know who have aborted remain pro-choice.

" It cannot be assumed and stated without proof by responsible posters."
Reasonable evidence has been offered and dismissed out of hand, because understanding it requires thinking and carefully analyzing the evidence and that's like, really complicated, and like, you know, and stuff.

Ignore the fact that dozens of independent sites across the net have referred to the "mysterious" netherlandy post.

However, I have found some slightly mitigating evidence from an Alaska Daily News article at http://www.adn.com/sarahpalin/story/510378.html

"6. If Roe v. Wade were overturned and states could once again prohibit abortion, in your view, to what extent should abortion be prohibited in Alaska?

"Under this hypothetical scenario, it would not be up to the governor to unilaterally ban anything. It would be up to the people of Alaska to discuss and decide how we would like our society to reflect our values."

This is ambiguous.

However, another article
http://dwb.adn.com/news/politics/elections/2006/governor/story/8372383p-8266781c.html
reports:
"Palin said she would support abortion only if the mother's life was in danger."

In an interview with Juneau Empire, Palin's spokesman, Curtis Smith
http://www.juneauempire.com/stories/101906/sta_20061019031.shtml
clarified her stance:

"Smith said Palin is opposed to abortion, but believes an exception should be made if the health of the mother is in danger.

"That's the only exception Palin would make, though, Smith said.

"She doesn't make exception for rape and incest, only for health of the mother," he said.

I guess that her own spokesman got it wrong or maybe this article that's been sitting around again for 2 years was completely fabricated by some hacker.
