There has to be more to your story than that. There are laws which do not allow insurance companies to drop people because they get sick. What would be the point of having the insurance in the first place?
So it would be interesting to learn the insurance company's version of the story.
But the other thing is it sounds like you received treatment as you must have gotten something done for $800,000.
The way the laws are in this country nobody is going to make you pay the $800,000. You might have a ding on your credit for awhile but that can be rebuilt.
The issue I see is that whatever treatment you received the cost was inflated and I wouldn't pay it either. It should not cost $800,000 to treat a brain tumor. And of course the part about the insurance company not paying. If you were indeed covered and followed all their rules the costs should have been covered.
In any case, I'm very sorry you had to through having a brain tumor and hope you never have to go through it again.

When the tumor was found the doctor who did the surgery estimated that it had been there between 2 and 4 years.

Please forgive me if this has been brought up- I did not read all 400+ posts.
I disagree with you, but I'm pretty sure
>>One thing that bothers me about Obama and Biden is they were both dead wrong about the troop surge in Iraq.<<
I think the jury is still out on this one.
