"I thought it was illegal, in America to question a woman on her reproductive choices, on if she had children/planned more children, or anything along the lines of her parenting choices when deciding to hire them or not.
I think as a mother, she should put her family first at this time. Instead she should be supporting them instead of them supporting her right now. This is why I think she shouldn't have accepted the nomination at this time. Her youngest with special needs, needs her. Also, her pregnant daughter needs her more than ever at this time.
Yes, if people can handle their job despite everything,
I don't think it was sexist at all and agreed with your post. I worked really hard to get my Master's degree but have put a career on hold b/c I have 3 children (almost 8, 2.5 and almost 1). I was also in law school (big lifetime dream of mine) when I found out I was pg w/ my second child and I decided to quit b/c I recognized that I could not take care of a little baby and dedicate myself to law school. I am very comfortable with the fact that I will be able to have a career when my children are older. For now my babies need me more than I need to have a career, but I guess women like myself and women like Palin just have different priorities.

See, you say you would say the same if it where a male.....but "as a mother" just doesn't fit that.
Please don't tell me I said something I didn't.
