What actually is the "cap" on giving. I mean for instance, a person making between 250,000-400,000 a year, how much could they donate before they would be affected? Are some folks crying in their cornflakes unnecessairly?

OK, would you rather be dealing with this. You are a single parent. Your mortgage is 680.00 a month. Your Electric is 280, plus you add trash/water and sewer to that. you make 27,000 a year. Now add a 35% increase on your electric bill. Wanna trade?

<I find it interesting that even though a child is a minor until 18, and is supported by his parents the tax cut for a child ends when the child turns 17.
