I agree that posting a link to a criticism without comment in some circumstances (like this) is highly provocative - and is tantamount to support of the contents. However, this video did not criticize McCain's service or his conduct as a POW. It says that having been a POW doesn't automatically make him qualified to be president. And then it talks about this person's personal experience with McCain which I find unconvincing (not because I don't think the guy believes what he's saying, but just because I think he's not thought things through very well).
I don't think we can count this as a lie or even an exaggeration. It's more of a "where's the beef?"
