I have to say that I respected Colin Powell a lot before he made his plight to the UN on behalf of Bush...after that I lost some respect.....but I continued to like him. I always felt he would make a good president. I am very happy to see that he has made an endorsement of Obama...and he would be a great edition to an Obama cabinet...should Obama win.
I watched Meet The Press this morning and it's clear General Powell put alot of thought in his decision to endorse Obama. His whole reasoning was so clear and well thought out. This endorsement couldn't have come at a better time because it will be discussed for the good part of the week effectively knocking 'Joe The Plumber' out of the headlines, goodbye and good riddance.
