Why do you think McCain is better and why do you think Obama wants a socialist nation?

My husband is Bipolar.. we're pretty sure his sister & mother are as well... it would explain a lot. Now that he's been DXd it's been soooo much easier. Bipolar has such a stigma attached but it's really an easily treatable disorder if you are willing to get help.

You talked to his Kenyan grandmother? No, you didn't. In fact you didn't even hear his Kenyan Grandmother talk. You just head someone with a major ax to grind talk and decided it must be true.

If you went through the thread where we just talked about this issue, you found a link to "Born in the USA" which clearly shows the seal, the signature and everything else that makes this certificate of birth a legal/accurate record of the birth of Obama in Hawaii -- they even show the announcement in the local newspaper. And even WERE it true, it makes no difference whatsoever because Obama's mother was an American.

What his stepfather did in Indonesia makes no difference whatsoever. the US is not bound by Indonesian citizenship laws, we are bound by our own. The only way to renounce citizenship for an American is to actually do so -- parents cannot do this for a child.

But then if you read the previous disucssion you'd know all that.

It's interesting isn't it that a totally different person proclaiming this about Obama scares the bejeebers out of them but this does not?:

"You don't get everything you want. A dictatorship would be a lot easier." Describing what it's like to be governor of Texas.
(Governing Magazine 7/98)

-- From Paul Begala's "Is Our Children Learning?"

"I told all four that there are going to be some times where we don't agree with each other, but that's OK. If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator," Bush joked.

-- CNN.com, December 18, 2000

"A dictatorship would be a heck of a lot easier, there's no question about it, " said.

-- Business Week, July 30, 2001

It certainly scared the crap out of me.

What scares me the very most, is an Evangelical Bible banging Christian, who goes to "Revival" meetings

Well I see some things never change even as times moves on.
