Why do you think McCain is better and why do you think Obama wants a socialist nation?

The CL has repeatedly asked posters to call McCain by his name, not McSame, etc., so I think it is only fair that you refrain from using BO and type out Obama.

i am not being sarcastic, i am serious!

i am still learning about each candidate......i have an open mind...i come here to learn more, and essentially be convinced that one candidate is the one for me...i dont' know which yet.

actually.....

look at that vidoe...it is made up of clips through the years....

when you hear soundbytes like that....it is hard to fit the statements into context...

there are probably a lot of people who aligned tehmselves with bush 10 years ago, and do not now.

that video was not as helpful as it may seem.

you must lead a rather sheltered life. I most certainly pay income tax but we are "the people who are struggling to feed their family". That's a big part of what this election is about - the "middle class" who are barely getting by.

REALLY!? then fill me in! tell me more...maybe i am living a sheltered life....help me out...expose me.

did you pull out your 2007 IRS tax return, and compare the "taxes due" then divide that number by AGI (line 38 on your 1040)

-------and....also help me understand....how do the 2 candidates differ on thier income tax proposals to the "middle class"? because from what i saw, they seem the same for that tax bracket.

Progressive tax aside, which you seem to disagree with completely (and that's okay), what is your perception of each candidate?

To clarify, the clips are from two different situations.
