many of your reasons appear to be carefully considered and well-supported but not all. and by the end you vaguely referred to a source that totally discredited everything you said before.

with regard to alleged drug addiction, it appears you have been reading "Obama Nation" by Corsi - already considered highly inaccurate and biased journalism.
"Corsi is a renowned conspiracy theorist who says that George Bush is attempting to create a North American Union (we looked at that here) and that there is evidence that the World Trade Center may have collapsed because it was seeded with explosives. More recently, Corsi claimed that Obama released a fake birth certificate. We've debunked that twice now. And, as our colleagues at PolitiFact.com found, many of the themes in "The Obama Nation" are reworked versions of bogus chain e-mail smears."
can you find one other resource to support drug "addiction" and connection to the Weathermen - a group that was active when he was 8 years old? because if you can logically draw that line, i can draw an even shorter line between McCain and the Keating collapse of S&L's - a connection that feels all too familiar with recent news about financial institutions.
even your comments about his voting record are only half- correct and out of context.
"Some of these bills may have been "bad." They may have included poison pills or been poorly written, making it impossible for Obama to support them. They may have even been unconstitutional. When I asked the Obama campaign about those votes, they explained that in some cases, the Senator was uncomfortable with only certain parts of the bill, while in other cases, the bills were attempts by Republicans simply to score points."
you are certainly entitled to your opinion but i'm left wondering where you got the rest of your facts.
i have understood your point, but if you are refering to my posts, you missed my point...my point was that people who need a break the most......will not benefit from "tax breaks" alone....
my point is....people who are struggling to make ends meet
total distortion and innuendo. is that the hallmark of a great post? if so, then i should stop referring to factcheck.org and just go with the 2 headlines i saw in the supermarket this morning: Palin's Lover Revealed and Cindy's Still Addicted to Drugs. i don't believe either one can be supported but they both work as smears in the same vein as that post.

Yes, but when he goes to cash it out he pays a much lower rate in taxes than what we will pay when retirement time comes
Great post! Thank you. I'm not very eloquent, and you layed everything out there so well.
