Do you have any feelings about Mitt Romney’s annual income for 2010, and the less-than-15% tax rate he paid?

“That means the former Massachusetts governor made about $59,452 every day in that year, dwarfing the median household income of $49,445, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.”

No one begrudges his effort or reward, but lets temper things a tad the other way as well, eh? Mitt had a huge advantage over say... many other Harvard grads, since not everyone has a parent who was a governor of a major industrial state and who once ran for the presidency. Believe me, he had connections that got him in doors many others would find locked.

What he has done is perfectly legal. I don't see the problem with it, I can't imagine holding his wealth against him. I can safely say that I've never thought any of our most successful politicians have ever known what a grocery store bill looks like from ALDI's. I remember all the hoopla about Edwards stupid hair cuts. Now the shoe is on the other foot. How silly. I'm ready for a someone with a good business mind.

I'm not aware of advantages he had OVER others enrolled at Harvard.. But pretend for a second he did, he still owed the school grades and hard work and completion of the program.

I haven't read all the other responses yet, but my first thought is that he's not the LDS golden boy everyone thinks.
