There isn't one in the Iowa bunch who gives a toss about women's health so it's just a matter of Santorum being even MORE cracked and backwards than the rest.
Doesn't sound like Santorum agrees with banning contraception, just the SC's activism.
"Gone off the wall" is a nice way to put it. The GOP wants to reverse the nation back to the not-so-good-old-days of dirty air, contaminated water, robber barons and unliberated women.
That pretty much hits the nail on the head. The particular law is not important, it is whether or not the Constitution gives the SC the power to do what it did.
It funny how the left today refers to the belief that we need to follow the Constitution as being "extreme".
