Not to take the thread off of universal healthcare but wouldn't education have to be addressed in the constitution in order for Brown v. Board of Ed to go forward?
Both,I had a high risk pregnancy and we had standard because something bad happened to me at Crippler. I think I would have paid out of pocket because I was so afraid of Trippler. I know it was a good hospital for some but not me.
