"Out of curiosity... how did you know the person on the corner was a drug dealer? Did he has a flashing sign?"

"Our neighboring state Maryland requires welfare recipients to attend some form of school (paid for by the state) while they are on the welfare books - I think that is a wonderful program. "

I believe there are a lot of us on this forum that work hard and have kids who work hard.

I did not tell you that YOU needed more education. I merely pointed out that many companies don't even consider candidates without degrees and that I am worried about the people who don't have the opportunities to get an education and believe that the government help people get educations is a very good thing.

I can honestly say that I have no friends or family who don't work hard.

my observations werejust my observations, just me feeling...as i said...not something that can be proven...as i said...

it was my feeling, you can disagree if you want...there's no problem with that.

it was just my feeling

as to why some people don't respond reliably.....

i can only speak for myself....

I don't have a whole lot of time to respond in depth, you wrote quite a bit there, and i don't have time to discuss it all, so i won't, i can't.

and as i sid in email, I would have liked to respond more, but i just don't have the time to dedicate to it.

I would make one point, and you would come back with 5 more, which is great, i just don't have teh time, so it dropped.

your comments did get me thinking though....but in the long run, my vote didn't matter, my state was a lock, one of the most decided of all the states.

so i didn't spend any more energy / time discussing every aspect....i just didn't have the time.

anyhow, you really can't expect me to prove facts to prove my feeling....(feeling)

you can disagree, that it totally fine...
