You really should watch it. Don't fool yourself into thinking that you could get by on minimum wage now just b/c you did it 20 years ago. Things have definitely changed since then but unfortunately minimum wage hasn't gone up all that much. In your other post you said that minimum wage was $4/hr and rent was $400 back then and that now it's $8/hr and rent is $800. So basically you figure that someone should have no problem living on minimum wage. What you failed to mention was the fact that all of the other costs of living have also

those stats actually tell me that a higher percentage of people without even a HS education voted BO than ones with a post graduate degree.
