"I voted for Obama, by the way."

I'm not really sure what that was implying.
But if you meant that of course someone who already pays a hefty bit of taxes would still consider the greater good and vote for Obama, then yes you got it right I suppose.
"....if sally needs money for groceries, but she has a cell phone.....that is an extra ~ $30/month she is throwing at a luxury"
You can't really know that, though.
"so yes, if sally was some person i saw in line at the store, paying with food stamps, and had a cell phone in her pocket, i def wouldn't jump to any conclusions...unless maybe if it was a top of the line brand new phone, and she was all decked out in designer clothes, and had non-nutritious foods she was buying...and she loaded them into the back of her top of the line brand new SUV....then i would judge,...i would..i know you all think i shouldn't...but i would.."
Well, if that makes you a bad person - then we should BOTH be ashamed of ourselves.
"as far as the internet being necesary.....i dissagree"
For me, personally, the internet is an absolute necessity - that's how I make a living.
"and in the 3+ years I have lived there, she has not worked a single day…she “fell” at work and “hurt her hip” so she can’t work"
My next door neighbor is the same way.
"what about if there were govt run food pantries, for which people needed a membership...like qualifying for food stamps (just not a long wait)..."
In my experience, that's how food pantries are already run.
