I personally think the markets have priced in a B.O victory and that's why they're still so low. If J.M. wins, it will start going up. If B.O. wins, everyone will be in wait and see mode.

We put it on the principal of our mortgage, which we hope to have paid off in a year. Perhaps it should come with stipulations. While we don't shred the check (I have thought about it) we disagree with the getting back more than you pay and vote against those who agree with such plans. I am so mad they are talking about more stimulus checks after the bailout. After the house is paid off if we still get this "welfare", I have basically decided to take all the "stimulus" money I get and give it to my favorite charity.
I agree that it is welfare, it doesn't matter where the money goes what matters is where it came from, a hand-out is welfare.
