they can save it or spend it. saving would do some good, as long as they arent saving it in the fire pit or matress. but i think spending it would be better. if they save it in a bank, that would be good because then the bank would have money to lend (are banks still doing that these days?). but i think spending it would be better becuase it has the chance of jump starting the economy.
I'm pretty darn old and I do not expect the benefit to be as calculated when I retire, do you? My father lives quite well with the majority of his income based on ss, I doubt that if I live that long that I will be able to say the same.
