I don't think it's an absolute, no, since all one person did was point out another possible explanation.
All of the liberal responses on this one issue discounted the possibility of reverse racism by giving 'another plausible' explanation.
No one should be afraid to retest using a fair and valid one, right?
If those that studied for the first test and passed, spent their time and resources to do so, why is it ok for them to have to retake it?
I know people are very fond of the notion of "reverse racism" but I've seen very little to prove that it exists in any great form and I did read the responses.

I am only saying that all candidates would have to retake the test if it was placed under a validation study and was to be found unreliable and not valid.
They will have to work harder and better than anyone else, just to be equal.
