"Sharpton's own debts include $365,558 owed in New York City income tax and $931,397 in unpaid federal income tax, according to a lien filed by the Internal Revenue Service last spring. His for-profit company, Rev. Al Communications, owes the state another $175,962 in delinquent taxes."

I guess what I find so...disturbing....is, isn't Sharpton one of the guys in favor of more government programs for minorities and the poor?

Well...if "faulty record keeping" translates to "fraud"....you better believe it would mean court/jail for the rest of us! It's called "Tax Evasion" no matter how Sharpton tries to dress it up.

So you are saying that people, even if they begin paying back, can't be prosecuted for tax fraud!? Why pay taxes at all!? Just wait until you are caught being fraudulent, then say "Oh my bad, let me pay you in installments!"

No wonder there is so much fraud.
