We obviously disagree. I don't understand the logical of 'if a criminal can get it I should get it too'. There are societies where the cops walking the beat don't even carry weapons. Where very few people are killed by guns and where even the criminals have an extremely hard time getting them.

A 5-4 win on a narrowly defined decision like this one, one that left open lots and lots and lots of questions about gun regulation means that there is a very good chance that the same court, looking a other gun cases, might rule in other directions.
