Oh yes, exactly. And we know that families headed by teens who didn't complete their education are never the kind of folks who end up needing taxpayer assistance.

I do see the best in people, but I also know a thing or two about teenaged boys. Responsibility is not something that comes automatically to them.

LOL. I was being sarcastic. Even were the teenage boys working while finishing school, the tax revenue from unskilled teenagers working part time is hardly going to pay for an alternative school.
