You still seem to be assuming that people who don't celebrate Christmas and are uncomfortable around Christmas celebrations should are in this position because they moved to a country (the U.S.) where there are public celebrations of Christmas.

<<I agree, that would be hard, but you know, if I were to move to another country or even a different state, I would study that area and find out what their celebrations were and what the majority of their country believed in.

The only reason why I stated you sounded like an atheist is because from what you wrote, it sounded like you didn't think there was a God at all nor a "higher power."
