Okay, my first post in the debate section, here goes. Be nice ;-)
I think Matthews frustration is just a bit of panic in regards to how Obama's speech wasn't well received.

It was a poorly delivered speech and not well received by many. Obama is a great orator, gives a great "sales pitch", but in my opinion, he rarely "connects" with the majority of the American people when speaking on policy. Part of that, though,
It's okay...I totally understand wanting to divert attention away from the subject matter of the video. I get it!!!!!

I believe that "Tingles" is Chris Matthews who has said...on the air....that Obama gives him a tingle up his leg. He also said that it was his responsibility to make sure that President Obama succeeds.
Weird....I always thought news reporters were supposed to report the facts...not make sure a Presidency succeeds.
