Since for some reason it really bothers a poster here to call Obama by anything else, even including his very own middle name, Hussein, I just wanted to say that I most often

i was on the obama website the other day and there was a part where he was referred to as BO. so i dont think he would mind us using it. unfortunately, i do think some use it with malicious intent. very childish.

BO is initials just like JM. in most cases, i wouldn't think twice. however, it does fit a pattern of maliciousness by some individuals. is JM used as often?

I believe that as a board it has been pretty clear that initials are acceptable, nicknames are not (for any of the candidates.)

You may LIKE to do that, but none of us are allowed - with any of the candidates.
Debate the issues, but show respect for the person. One may not always agree with a politician's stance on something, but to resort to name calling just diminishes one's credibility as a debater.
