I have always been right in between the Republicans and Democrats on the important issues, but have recently discovered that I actually agree more with the Democrats than the Republicans.

Voting is a persona issue.

I tend to vote primarily on economic policies.

While I don't agree with everything that the Democrats promote, I disagree with nearly everything that the Republicans do.

I disagree with you, but I'm pretty sure

I am just a little south of you, and I voted happily for Linc Chaffee. He's the only non-local candidate Republican I ever voted for.

I have voted green, too, as I'm usually much to the left of mainstream dems.

Just curious, because I like what you said and how you said it. Does that mean you are going to vote for Bob Barr or did you have someone else in mind? I saw Bob Barr on Glenn Beck yesterday and I liked a lot of what he said and also how he said it. Of course, I didn't agree with all of what he said. I think that would be pretty hard to find a candidate that did say everything that you like. But, I'm just curious where you were leaning. Of course you don't have to answer at all, if you don't want to.

Personally? I wouldn't ever vote on a single issue. But your vote is your vote....do with it what you will.

If I knew that Obama had the solution to all of our energy and economy issues, but would lead us into certain war, I would not vote for him.

I'm leaning towards Barr for several reasons.

The Republicans trot out the Roe vs Wade and the Gay Rights issue EVERY ELECTION. I find it to be just a talking point, there are some that will vote on one issue, and I find that to be like shooting yourself in the foot.
