Let me just say that.. I was a Manager and the Employees were constantly threatening to go to the Union over every little thing. Since I knew what I could do legally.. it was just silly but they threatened anyway and I did what I could.. legally.

As a resident of the state of Michigan who lives in a neighborhood full of autoworkers, most of them have political signs in their yards right now.

There have also been companies that have been driven out of business by the costs of unionization, or that chose to move operations to other parts of the country or the world.
